Most stories begin with once upon a time. The story of our company begins in the early 1930s, when company founder Georg Heinrich Luh established the wholesale company for paints and chemicals. While we are known as LUH in Walluf or Georg H. Luh GmbH today, “Farben- und Chemikalien-Großhandelsgesellschaft” remains part of our official company name to this day.

Meanwhile we have said farewell to paints and chemicals. Graphite and mica in all their diversity with numerous application possibilities have become our speciality. We combine our many years of wholesale experience with mineral raw materials and our extensive knowledge of graphite and mica. Notwithstanding this specialisation, our team does not see the world as black and white.
